Welcome to DigiMAIDS. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products.
By accessing or using DigiMAIDS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

DigiMAIDS offers:

  • AI lead generation systems

  • AI content distribution systems

  • AI clones & digital assistants

  • Workflow & backend automation

  • CRM setup and funnel automations

  • Strategy consulting and implementation

These services may include technical setup, automation building, training, and content.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Grant access to necessary accounts, tools, or data

  • Maintain their own platform security

  • Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes

  • Respect intellectual property and licensing boundaries

Failure to provide required information or access may delay service delivery.

3. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made through Stripe, PayPal, Stan Store, or approved channels.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • No refunds are provided for completed or partially completed services.

  • Payment plans must be completed as agreed upon.

4. Project Timelines

Timelines vary depending on:

  • The complexity of the automation

  • Client responsiveness

  • Required integrations

DigiMAIDS is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client input.

5. AI & Automation Disclaimer

Because AI systems rely on user-generated data and third-party APIs:

  • Results may vary

  • Output may not always be accurate

  • Platform outages, API changes, or data limits may affect performance

Clients understand that AI automations are not guaranteed to produce specific financial outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

DigiMAIDS Owns:

  • All proprietary automation frameworks

  • System templates

  • Scripts, cloned workflows, and training materials

Clients Own:

  • Their business data

  • Their content

  • The AI clone trained specifically on their voice

Work produced for a client may be reused in anonymized form to improve internal processes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all private information strictly confidential, including:

  • Client data

  • Login details

  • Business strategies

  • AI clone training material

We do not sell or distribute client information.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigiMAIDS is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • System errors caused by third-party platforms

  • Misuse of automations by the client

  • AI output errors or inaccuracies

  • Service interruptions caused by external tools

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if:

  • Payments are not made

  • Terms are violated

  • Abuse, fraud, or misuse is detected

Clients may request account deletion at any time.

10. Third-Party Tools

We integrate with and rely on:

  • n8n

  • Zapier

  • OpenAI / GPT

  • Calendly

  • Skool

  • Email marketing tools

  • CRM platforms

We are not responsible for outages or changes within these services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of changes.
